It was founded in 1958 to house vulnerable children between the ages of 4 and 16, responding to a need in the region. More than 800 children have passed through its doors, their lives transformed.

 

In 1968 it was formally established as a Civil Association and as such is authorized to issue tax-deductible receipts.

 

There is a board of trustees that manages it and seeks the means to meet its needs.
